At Happy Tail Grooming our sole focus is the quality of the services being providing and not the quantity of pets we can service daily. We are trained professionals that know how to properly care for your pet, we are not only animal lovers but also professional trained. We take time with each pet, review their individual needs, and discuss these needs with each client to ensure every pet receives the best care and service possible.

You no longer have to worry about your pet experiencing many of the anxieties that come with visiting your typical grooming locations. Your pet will not be locked in cages, left unattended for extended periods of time, exposed to the other pets, or hazardous conditions. All this helps in reducing your pets stress levels and makes the entire grooming experience more enjoyable. Most of my adult life has revolved around my love of dogs. My inspiration to enter the field of pet care began when I adopted my golden retriever, Chanel. After adopting Chanel I began to seek qualified trustworthy people whom I would feel comfortable with caring of her. After being disappointed time and time again by the quality of care and attention Chanel was receiving, I decided to leave my old career and make pet care my primary focus. Initially I began my company as a dog walking and sitting service. In a very short time, my business grew rapidly thanks to great word of mouth. As my business grew, I started to see that another need arose. Many of my clients were in desperate need of reliable grooming services for their pets. I had been grooming Chanel and all the other pets in my family for years and many of my clients would request I also provide these services to them. I decided to invest the time needed to attend professional grooming courses. After completing my training and graduating from my training, I became a full time Certified Pet Groomer. After a few years working as a dog groomer in other states, I made the move to Charlotte, NC. In my time in the Charlotte area, I have worked at a few different high profile grooming companies. Recently I decided to go into business for myself again and opened up Happy Tail Grooming. Whereas my previous work experiences always delt in quantity, at Happy Tail I prefer to deal in quality. This business model allows me the freedom to take my time with each of my clients and ensure that they get a much higher level of service.

A pet parent should feel 100% at ease when leaving their pet in a groomer's hands. I give every pet in my care the same love and attention that I give my own pets. I feel each client should expect nothing less but the best when they entrust their pets to us. I care for all of my client's pets as I care for my own. This is my personal promise to my clients.
